Individual results may vary. Before/after photographs represent actual patient results at BeauLink Plus but do not guarantee identical outcomes. All images are shared with explicit patient consent. Treatment outcomes depend on individual factors including skin type, health condition, and adherence to post-treatment care instructions.

3. Appointment Policy

• Appointments must be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless financing is pre-arranged
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers
• Installment plans available through Tamara (3 payments) and Tabby (4 payments)
• Prices are in AED and subject to change; confirmed prices are honored at time of booking
• Consultation fees, where applicable, may be credited toward treatment cost

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for treatments already performed are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the treating physician. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Skincare product purchases may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging with receipt.

6. Informed Consent

All treatments require informed consent. Before any procedure, your treating physician will explain the treatment, expected results, potential risks, alternatives, and post-care instructions. You have the right to ask questions and to decline treatment at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate.
