• Before/after photographs (only with explicit signed consent)

• WhatsApp messages sent to our business number

• To communicate with you about your treatment plan and follow-up care

4. Before/After Photographs

Patient photographs are only taken and displayed with explicit written consent. You have the right to withdraw consent for the display of your photographs at any time. All photos are stored securely and displayed in a manner that protects patient identity unless full consent is given.

6. Data Retention

Medical records are retained in accordance with DoH Abu Dhabi requirements (minimum 10 years). Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. Website analytics data is anonymized and retained for up to 26 months.

7. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: licensed laboratories (for treatment purposes), payment processors (Tamara, Tabby -- for financing), and regulatory authorities (when legally required).
